Our last day in PEI was nice and relaxed. We had dinner at Victoria Row and of course we stopped at Cows for ice cream. After getting a sweatshirt, we took another stroll on the boardwalk. We stopped at Victoria Park and watched a local baseball game. The evening sunset was beautiful. On our way back, we chose to walk down by the ocean. We found some really cool shells and I stepped on a nasty, ooey-gooey jelly fish. Those things are all over. I know why they call them jelly fish, GROSS! Oh, yea, we also ran into some sister missionaries. That's was pretty fun to talk with them. One was from Sandy, Utah and the other was from California. Anyway, yesterday was a very long travel day. We got up at 6:40 PEI time and didn't arrive until 8:15 MST, which is 11:15 PEI time. We had two layovers. One in Michigan and the other in Minnesota. Fun stuff. Customs wasn't too bad. Chris got his pocket knife through in CA...that's a good sign, right? Ha.
Well, due to the termites downstairs, granny upstairs, and all of the rules and regulations at our family and friends apartments, Chris and I slept out in the Prowler. It was bloody hot, but better than the floor. I believe we are doing it again tonight. Oh, JOY!
And, as we all know, Chris is a "money guy." He is getting ready right now to go sign papers for his job. Way to go Chris!! I'm glad he get's things done. I'm running errands today and trying to consolidate all of our crap that has acquired in Granny's front living room. I think tonight we're sharing pictures with the Utah Fam. Thursday, we're on the road again to get MORE crap from Reno. Oh, the joys of joining two people's junk and moving it to a different state!! You gotta love life...
